Rescue.co is East Africa's largest emergency response network. We coordinate ambulances, air evacuations, and roadside assistance across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and increasingly Southern Africa as well. To date, we've completed over 65,000 lifesaving missions.
Traditional dispatch systems couldn't handle what we deal with daily: patchy connectivity, complex geography, multilingual callers, and decisions measured in seconds - we build systems designed for our terrain from the ground up. Our engineering team is small and ships fast, layering AI-assisted triage, advanced routing, and a real-time partner network that spans the continent.
The work is hard and the stakes are real. We hire people who want to build technology that actually saves lives.
The Account Manager role sits at the heart of our Customer Success team and is critical to our retention and expansion goals. You will be the face of Rescue.co for your assigned portfolio of corporate clients — the person they trust to get value from the product, navigate challenges, and grow with us over time.
Note: This role is based full-time at our Nairobi office. We do not offer hybrid or remote options.
Our values: Consistency, Design with EQ, Always Questioning, and Alignment.

We are recruiting energetic, professional, and people-centered medical responders to support event medical coverage for various events, gatherings and outings.
This is a part-time, occasional contract position with a limited time commitment — a great way to test out working with Rescue.co and get to know our team without locking in continuous hours. That said, event availability is required for at least some events, so schedule flexibility is a must.
Starting with several events in June and July, we will call upon these medics to join events, represent our brand, and assist with medical event duties — helping clients who are dehydrated, treating minor injuries, checking in on attendees, and sharing about our work and offerings.
This role is fun and social, with exposure to interesting activities and events. It's a great chance to learn new skills, enjoy a light atmosphere while contributing to our mission, and meet the wider Rescue.co team.

Join the field operations team in expanding and strengthening Rescue.co's lifesaving emergency response network.
You will meet with and help recruit and onboard new service providers (ambulances, road rescue teams), ensuring compliance with operational standards through account setup, training, and technology installation. You'll conduct regular inspections and audits, and travel to engage with partners to help your team maintain high service delivery standards throughout our network.
The role also involves continuous improvement of onboarding and partner engagement, monitoring partner performance, and reporting key outcomes to your managemer. It requires a proactive, organised professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to consistency, integrity, grit and effective partnership management.
Based in our beautiful HQ in Nairobi which houses our leadership and dispatch centre.
