As a Dispatch Centre Roadside Agent, you are both the first point of contact and the coordinator of roadside assistance cases. You will handle incoming calls from customers in need and take full ownership of each case from initial intake to resolution by dispatching and coordinating the appropriate roadside service providers. We are recruiting energetic, professional, and people-centered medical responders to support event medical coverage for various events, gatherings and outings.

This is a part-time, occasional contract position with a limited time commitment — a great way to test out working with Rescue.co and get to know our team without locking in continuous hours. That said, event availability is required for at least some events, so schedule flexibility is a must.

Starting with several events in June and July, we will call upon these medics to join events, represent our brand, and assist with medical event duties — helping clients who are dehydrated, treating minor injuries, checking in on attendees, and sharing about our work and offerings.
